Blocked or not

Does SW ever block people on here for inappropriate behavior, or did the other person block me on their own? I dont know if I’ve been blocked or not. How can you tell if it was the other person or SW? The message I received, I’ve never seen before.

Members block members, the site doesn't do that, if you break the TOS too gravely, they'll ban you or something.
