When blocked by someone popular

@OlderSometimesWiser One really needs to keep their expectations low when dealing with this place.

@OlderSometimesWiser This person was good for me to read everyday and laughed at most of my replies. Makes many posts everyday then yesterday it hit me in the face like a brick. I noticed right after I logged in and the depressed question WHY will linger for a long time.

@Gibbon If it’s who I’m thinking, the answer could be as simple as the fact that you’re talking to people who’ve blocked them, like me. But even if you learn why, then what? You’re still blocked and the odds are that somewhere down the road it’s gonna happen again.

So as I’ve said it comes down to assessing whether overall, being here is more beneficial or harmful.

@OlderSometimesWiser I can't think of a good reason many people would have blocked them so it's probably not who you're thinking.
You are correct it won't change anything if I know why.
It has a big change on my daily routine here knowing right where to go for a bunch of daily laugh posts.
It will change my mood logging on for awhile but I need this place for my grief support. I've said it before. Folks here provide me more understanding than the grieving site I was banned from because of a drunk egotistical admin.

@Gibbon Could also be an alt of someone who got blocked. They have several accounts.

@OlderSometimesWiser Not an alt. I've been following this person since I first arrived. It will pass but changes something to look forward to when logging on.
