I think some others have clued you in to some of the reality.
You know, I don't really give a shit if someone wants to throw their face through a neural filter to the point it looks like a cartoon. I've done my fair share of whitening teeth, removing red eye, fixing lens flaws, heck removing an entire person because someone photo bombed an otherwise awesome fam shot.
Just don't get on a high horse and slap me if I happen to downvote you because the body in your selfie is actually a Spanish model.
