how should you deal with a situation where someone says something you don't like on SW or youtube
i've never had this situation on youtube, but it's the first time i've had a situation like this on here, and just to say; i take my identity & who i am seriously, i don't like to make light of it at all, and there's no room for maneuver on it whatsoever.
the other day i posted a question about the internet, here is the title of my post ' do you think this digital age or internet age is problematic at times '.
and some man from the U.S answered and this is what he posted;
and i took offence with that answer and the words he used, particularly this part ;
' Everything is good or bad, black or white. '
i've always been touchy about what words people use when i'm talking with them, or what they post , i've always been like that, and i felt annoyed by the use of his words, because i thought he was insinuating ' i'm black' - which would be false.....as i've said a few times in my posts i'm white british.....so i didn't like the words he used and as i said, thought he was insinuating something false about me...so i got quite annoyed over his reply, and when i get annoyed, i usually can't think of effective replies or comebacks right away, so i got angry and replied back;
' i didn't like your insinuation there;
Everything is good or bad, black or white.??
what did you mean by that? i'm white you prick. '
so what do you think about this situation? and how should i have dealt with it? i might of been being paranoid, as i at times get affected by paranoia and pick words out of what people say to me, and put other meanings to them, so i might of done that here....but it felt to me like he was insinuating i was ' black ' which was why i got angry.
