if someone answers your post and says something you don't like, how should you deal with it

like earlier some guy from the u.s or canada replied to one of my posts and he wrote the word ' can't ' more than i would like and i thought he was insinuating that i ' can't' do something in my life?? and i felt angry....i do tend to take things personally at times, but i also get paranoid sometimes to.

how should i deal with that???????????
