how to face this problem online
on youtube, at times i feel hesitant to read my notifications on the bell icon, top right of the page and at the moment i have over a 100 notifications from users, which i haven't checked yet...the reason is because i get worried in case i see that a comment i left on one of my subscriptions videos, a user i'm subbed to who i really like, i feel hesitant to read the notifications in case that person didn't acknowledge my comment to them or has ignored it, replies with something invalidating or makes a reply which rejects me in any way?
that has happened before on youtube and because i'm sensitive, it hurt my feelings and i felt really rejected, because i followed that youtuber and like their content...............so how do i face this fear and just read my notifications come what may? whether it's good or bad?
