Why Americans are like this? Hi I am Bob I live in AZ, I am supposed to know what the heck is AZ ?

They don't tell the name of the country, they just tell you the state they live in, it's even worse when they give you two letters, hi I am Kevin I from NY, what is NY??

I get what you are saying. Americans do think they are primary users of the internet and all other countries are still 3rd world nations that barely have running water and electricity.

I certainly can see how that self importance is annoying and confusing.
