if someone online 'invalidates' what you say, how should you deal with that person

there has been times i've posted something online and someone answers and invalidates what i said, making out that what i said is false, when i know it's true...when someone does that it makes me feel really annoyed, but i get stuck to know how to respond, as i don't want to get aggressive, because then it's me who gets in trouble.

so what should your response be?

Not everyone can understand or accept our experiences. Let them pass through, as you have nothing to prove to someone else.

Our thoughts are reflected in what we think and write.
And we don’t need anyone to resonate with our thoughts.

So better ignore them.
