how do you respond to a 'disapproving' reply on youtube

before i made a comment on a youtube video, a comment relating to the NHS here in the uk, and i got a disapproving reply from some woman trying to invalidate what i said? and i wondered what to reply back with , but just ignored it in the end.

what do you say on it?

You realise how great the nhs is when you have to go into hospital but on the flip side how bad they are when you are waiting for an op for two years
