i remember an old contact told me this on yahoo answers a long time ago, he said i sound like i have the ability to see through people and see them for what they really are.

to see through the illusions people try to create and to see people for what they really are.

Yes, not many have that type of awareness and discernment. But even less have that type of honest awareness of themselves and their own motivations and intent.
