should you care if people disagree with your views online

i get told that it shouldn't matter to me if they do or not, that, these people online don't know me and that i know what's right and true..............yet still sometimes i find myself feeling angered when people disagree with my points or try to undermine what i wrote?

why does that matter to me do you think? i think it's because i want people to agree with me and support my side of things.

There are sooooo many people here and of course nobody is going to agree with everybody on all points. Such is life. I don't appreciate when someone tries to make me feel stupid for my opinions but I can certainly agree to disagree & coexist peacefully.
