how do you deal with someone online who acts familiar with you, when they don't know you

Some people treat everyone like an old friend. Some people like myself have been around here for years but changed names a few times. I lost track of some people who would change theire photos and names often. They talk like we're friends. Also if someone is answering your posts and you don't like what they say you can always block them.
