i can't talk to women, should i give up

there's 2 women online , on facebook who showed an interest in me in recent times...but i lack self confidence, are shy and awkward and are not good at chatting or writing things to them or keeping up conversation...i don't want them to lose interest in me....but i feel like a social failure....i have never so far, managed to establish any relationships because i have had a mental disorder all my adult life..

i live alone in a flat, should i just give up trying to find a woman and a relationship? or is there still hope for me yet?

Why don't you just interact with women like they are normal people and not with just the intention of a relationship
