Hi, I want some suggestions about what apps should i use to meet new people and i don't wish to give my mobile number like WhatsApp or Telegram, Something similar to kik.... but i heard that kik is shutting down unfortunately.

KiK is shutting down. You don't have to give anyone your phone number with Telegram.
