Sometimes I feel users here should get a notification on when someone has blocked them. But that's just me.

I know you want a sense of closure or reason/explanation to what you did wrong, but it's best to not dwell on it and move forward. It was probably over something stupid anyway and you're better off without it in you sw life anymore..
