The only thing you can do then is block back so they do not try to unblock and act like nothing ever happened.
I imagine what happens in a lot of those "no warning, no reason" cases is they may have blocked an entire demograph like gender, age, whatever. In the process they may have forgotten that someone jokingly put their age over 100 or whatever.

@AmigoConBeneficios some people put 100 plus just because. I think the reason some people have an age group and above blocked by default it's because typically it's the older men on here who are perverts so some people just don't want to deal with it. Now me, I don't pay much attention to the age if it's on the low or high extreme because people sometimes put that but then people and say they're late twenties through early sixties are probably putting their actual age because for example there's no reason to put like 46 to 50 if somebody is not that age
