I'd like to complain ...

... about certain people who haven't blocked me. I don't have (or want) VIP, so I only have 500 blocks. There are idiots here who I mock mercilessly, and they still haven't blocked me. What's wrong with them? What haven't I done to deserve this cruel treatment?

I do not remember you mocking anyone, but as far as blocks -

I feel like they are best used for persistent, repeat offenders rather than some one-off like a lurking p3rv who sends a PM. Unless it is something particularly horr*d.
