SW is block haunted

Several times today I've seen replies by people I've blocked or I know have me blocked.
The weird presentation.
I see there name and reply so I question did they unblock me? Click their name. Nope cannot view their profile. Hit the back button now I see the usual this reply deleted we often see. Or nothing at all if it's a nested reply.
I have had this happen at least 4 times today.

@pancakeslam Who me? It can't be. Well unless there's evidence of political insanity. Maybe they could pay me to keep quiet like they pay their protestors. Those are the only ones I could have possibly pissed off. I'm much more into humor.
