On Quora, when someones posts using the answer feature, to my questions, are collapsed, do they know and is there a way to make them know so

that they get annoyed and depressed?

they know if they go back to thread and look at the answers in general. However, if it was someone trolling questions, they are often off to the next quetion to troll as opposed to looping back to your question.

If your ask a question that is poorly framed, hard to understand, and or loaded from the start (example why do all my....) many times that is a troll magnet and or they didn't mean ill -will but didn't understand or were able to respond to the question in a meaningful way.

On a footnote if you are focusing in on answers you felt were poor to your quesiton instead of stonger answers you are really under-utilizing that site. The gift of that site is to have access to subject matter experts in areas that you may not be that knowledgable in, generally speaking.
