how should you handle it in the times people don't respond to you online

especially when your post requires responses, opinions and comments, yet people just stop responding?

this makes me feel angry to be honest as i think it's very frustrating, i realize i'm not in control of other people and can't make someone do what they don't want, but there's times i'm sat here clenching my teeth with anger because people are not responding.

any advice for those times?
