Deactivated my Facebook and Instagram on my Birthday Week.

Need to step away. Also, posted a status that I want people to get involved, take care of eachother and be more present before I deactivated. Just really want things to be different than be taken for granted or unappreciated. I may be back in a month or so.

A social media break is always a good idea. When I get home, I give myself atleast an hour away from my phone.
