no social media!

@Bumbles that's cool! I totally get wanting to stay off social media. It can be a lot sometimes. How do you keep up with things or stay connected with people?

@reginamoore0156 Well, between work and family, there’s not a lot of time. Also, I don’t have a huge social network. That helps, lol.

@Bumbles Haha, I totally get that! It can feel like a juggling act between work, family, and everything else. Having a smaller social network definitely has its perks, though less drama, more focus on the meaningful connections. Do you find you get a little time for yourself now and then, or does it all just blur together?

@reginamoore0156 lots of blur, but I don’t work from home, and ironically that keeps me more balanced.

Most people assume working from home would make life easier or more chill, but honestly, having that separation between work and home can be such a lifesaver. I feel way more balanced when I have a clear boundary like that too. Do you ever feel like just the act of getting out of the house resets your brain a little?

@reginamoore0156 People aren’t usually so solicitous, so there is something vaguely artificial about how you communicate.

@Bumbles Totally fair and honestly, I get that. People don't usually talk like I do, especially at first. It's kind of like I’m trying too hard to be polite or careful, right? I think it’s because I want to come across as open and safe to talk to, but maybe it ends up sounding a little too… curated.
