Better for you to contact others, than for others to contact you.

This especially applies to all females on this site.

You open yourself up to male aggression, when you don't become aggressive yourself.

Besides males have a hard time accepting that type of aggression from females, unless they are confident themselves.

Even users with avatars can be highly abusive. I think, better would be to interact with them on public posts, know their views about something, then only think of starting a conversation.

Even some of those with pfp’s are abusers.
Men pretending to be a woman. They are quite common on here.
