I am often surprised at social media users!

I think it's the anonymity and detachment that makes people comfortable sharing very personal stuff with people they don't really know. It feels like a safe way to talk it out.

I’ll talk to a stranger on a bus about my side eye moose

And certainly wouldn’t talk to a friend about.
