Try doing group activities? I know on instagram they have meet up groups of all kind. I joined one for a bit and did 3 outings with them. :)

Check to see if your new location has a city resource center bulletin board that lists various clubs you could join, or volunteer to read to children at the local library on weekends, who knows, You could meet an eligible single father there.
