So I have some trauma pretty much got abandoned by both parents and then adopted by a couple but then my foster parents got divorced and didn't want me so now I live with my foster grandpa. That's just the complicated surface level stuff 😊

You should start by figuring out if you were adopted, or put to in the foster system. They're not the same thing. Trolls should get their story straight.
