Why am I getting this error when trying to log in to girlsaskguys?

My account was frozen for some reason, and when I entered the site again a few hours later, I received this error. Does the same happen to you? What exactly is this

That's not your account issue. It's with the site...
You must be using VPN or at a location where this website isn't available

Told you your account doesn't have a problem.
Add this website to exception list in the wifi router or call your ISP
