I want to go out to play, but no one goes out with me. Where can I make friends quickly?Or play video games with me!

I signed up for an adult dodgeball and other games thingy in meetup but it got cancelled.
I'm going to a festival next week solo, because I have no one to tag along and I like festivals.
Gonna chat with whoever else is solo and looks friendly.
If you like games, go to an arcade. Nowadays, they have arcades that are adult only after a certain time.
I've thought about going myself.
