Short answer: a fountain

@JRVanguard I thought it's like a silhouette of a Japanese building.

@SW-User I did an art project where I made flags for every world in my favorite video franchise
And one of them has a fountain that’s very important to the citizens so I thought it would make sense to silhouette that for their flag
I think I have a picture of it saved somewhere here
