Why did he make his profile public when i blocked him?

Its just weird. This guy was my old crush and we had a bad falling out. I tried to make amends but he wouldnt budge. I was always so curious to check out his page. Hes kept it private for years

But once i blocked him for good he made his profile public like right away. Why?
