Nah. Most people just wach my stuff out of curiousity I think, so it wouldn't be fair to them or myself to equate it to anything more than that: curiosity.
There are also other things like algorhithms or upload frequency, so it could just be they were browsing through videos out of boredom and your just happened to pop up. It indicates curiousity, but it doesn't show any level of interest in my mind.
