You can't filter adult stuff anymore?

I'm not here like I used to be so often updates come and go and I fail to see them. I am now often seeing content I don't care to see (i.e. adult marked posts.) Is the filtering function gone? For a long time those were at a minimum. (I didn't see them.)
Whatever people do is their business, I would just like the option to not see most of it if it's still possible.
