Why are some notifications still marked as unread?

Recently, I have noticed that some of the notifications in my list remain marked as unread (highlighted in yellow) even after I click on them. This seems to only happen, though, for content on (recent) posts I had made. For example, when somebody replies and I get notified of it.

The only way to mark them as read, that I can find, is for me to click the "Mark All as Read" checkbox.

Is this happening to anybody else?

It did yesterday, but, i ignored it and the glitch was fixed today when i signed on.

@JoyfulSilence yeah, i was doing the same thing yesterday. Mine was doing it only on hearted responses. Replies were fine.....

Hmm, it seems to have stopped. But I did have to mark all as unread at one point. But for new nodes in this thread, it seems to now have stopped.

Weird.
