Why would you donate to your own Gofundme???
I was just reading an article about a baby boy who died unexpectedly over night.
As seems to be usual with this sort of thing, the family has a Go Fund Me set up for the baby.
The part that I can't wrap my head around is that someone bearing the same name as the child's mother has donated £500 to the fund.
I can only hope that this is one of those moments where the donor is an unrelated person who just happens to have the same name as the child's mother.
If it is the child's mother, she's clearly not thinking straight to be donating money to herself, since Gofundme will now take their cut out of the donation before they return the money back to the family.
