Does social media help or hinder progress?
I more often find here people assume judgment and guilt, that is progress? It's one reason I want to walk away from this place as I find more compassion and kindness outside.

@SW-User Nothing to do with that, Lushi. Western culture right now, not going to ask if you agree or not, is becoming more closed-minded, argumentative, looking to assign ego drivel to serve nonsense in argument to support their ego without concern words expressed.

It hinders for sure. I agree with you summation. SoMe is just words, pix, memes. It's not real living or growth. Sometimes we just wallow and stay stuck in those affirmations or fantasies or whatev.
