Dizzy Eyes on Here

In the past, if I recall, when I clicked on a notification it bounced to another page, and showed the reply that prompted the notification. It was pretty seamless.

Now, it jumps to something seamlessly, then scrolls down, then stops. All this scrolling is annoying and making me dizzy.

This happens on both a computer with monitor and my smartphone. It is worse on the former since the screen is larger.
