I Have Something To Say

My Dad just came into my room there, n said

Dad: "Right!!, you're tidying this today!!!..Make sure of that!!!..Your mother told me she feels depressed everytime she walks into your room!!. I don't know what's happened to you!!
Me. That's great!, welcome to my world!!..don't you know that energy, and motivation can be drained by something more serious??..Now let me see???🤔....

1. A Book about anxiety, and anxiety weighted blanket, a little hint of lavender spray on the pillow
2. The discrimination act hand booklet carried 24/7 incase I witness anything else in public due my identity
3. Further more.. my epilepsy share both in terms of facing discrimination and anxiety...

I'm so sorry mothers depressed about the state of my room...depressed??..I suppose its in our genes 🤔..

Depression and anxiety are truly debilitating when we are in the midst of it. As hard as it is, I find finally getting up and starting to clean my space to be helpful. I open my blinds to let in that dreadful light, turn on some music, and take the exhausting process one small step at a time. I’m also usually crying through the whole thing because I still just want the darkness. But, when I’m finally finished, not only is the space around me clean, sometimes my head is as well. It isn’t a cure-all and I’m usually exhausted after. So I light a cleansing, fragrant candle, cool the room with my fan that I found under my clothes, and crawl into my fresh made bed for a restful nap.

This may not work for you. We all have to find our own way of living; but, ultimately, we have to live.
