Has this been done before?

I've thought about releasing an experimental social media site which, in a few words, has no rules.

Just a place that provides a text box for you to write in (also video links and whatnot), post publicly, and get responses. No title requirements, no groups or categories, no policies beyond federal laws and giving users the ability to block others. You just get a text box to write in and it's yours to do with what you want.

FYI this is not a dig on SW. I understand and respect their rules. Nuno is an entrepreneur, which is cool af.

It's just an idea of my own, regardless.
