How can I access my old Facebook account

Basically I had a Facebook account about 10 years ago I want to access it but I can't remember my email or password on the account

They just need you to sign in with a cell phone, email account, computer and smart phone that are attached to your name through Google. It's just a matter of pinning down exactly who you are and getting all your data synched to them.
