Shoud UEFA fine players who move drinks bottles? [I Love Real Football]

Drink companies that have sponsored the European Championship have this intrusive thing in which bottles of their product are placed in front of players at the press conferences to make it look like the players are drinking them.

This stupid and intrusive move backfired when Christiano Ronaldo (with a disgusted look on his face) moved two coke bottles to the side and said 'drink water.'

Ronaldo is, of course, one of the game's biggest stars and the clip went viral. This anti-endorsement knocked a full 1.6% off Coke's share price and cost them $4 billion!

It was a stupid move by the drink's company anyway because Ronaldo is known to be a fitness fanatic. Paul Pogba (a Muslim) also moved bottles because he didn't want to endorse a beer! No shit.

The companies are now getting angry with UEFA which is, in turn, getting angry with the players. For me, this is a stupid and intrusive endorsement scheme, and its entirely predictable that healthy athletes don't want to be role models for unhealthy drinks.
