How much actual play time is there in a typical NFL game? Vs commercial time?

15 minute quarters but 90 seconds of commercial between each and every play.
Please advise

The game fills a 2 hour time slot. That’s 30 to 60 seconds of play w: 90 seconds of commercial between each play
