He is the son of the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons and the defensive coordinator (looks like the nepotism that the Sanders family is criticized for constantly). He took the phone number from an open iPad (probably his father's) and called Sanders to impersonate an interested team rep and then to mock him about waiting to be drafted.

Funny how people talk about Sander's problem is his father, Deion, helping and promoting him but Ulbrich can use his father's position to do some chicken shit teenage pussy shit like this and get away with it with no condemnation or action.
