Is a 4-6 team that won the XFL title a good look for a league on its 3rd chance?

I guess all the controversy of a 4-6 Arlington team making the playoffs over the 7-3 Battlehawks goes out the window since they won the title. But is it a good look for a league on its 3rd chance?
