My American Heart aches

I don’t even know how to say how blind and saddened I am by people who have trouble admitting that they are racist.

I can usually write a post about it, but not tonight.

If you are at all open to understanding all Americans , regardless of color, I hope you watch Netflix. It’s a great show about football. And an even better show about the human spirit. It’s a medium pace… not too fast not too slow…but based on a true story. Family and social dynamics.

I go to court. It stresses me out. And I’m kinda talked out on the subject. I have family coming in to catch me if I “fall apart”. I am here 15 hrs a day to… escape.. due to the stress. @10liters what about you? 10 liters?
