New European Super-League announced. [I Like Football]

Burnley FC has joined forces with fellow giants Crystal Palace, Fulham, and Sheffield United. The new league will also include continental giants such as Genoa, Udinese, and Celta Vigo.

Some say the move is motivated by greed. However, a spokesman for the group merely responded to criticism by raising his middle finger.

@Kwek00 Sorry but our league is exclusive to teams getting crowds of 15-20 thousand. We invited Genk (or was it Gent, I dunno) and they said that Belgium football had too much integrity to get involved.

@Kwek00 For a country of 11 million, your league is quite well supported. In England, it's crazy though.

The Championship gets crowds averaging over 16,000. 7,000 in League One and 4,000 in league Two. (Pre pandemic crowds obvs)

With the Premiership, that is 92 pro teams. Also, the top semi-pro league has about twelve pro teams in it.
