Again? I mean, wasn't it just in Qatar? Which is not Saudi Arabia, but stlll. It's an Arab league nation. Give some other country a chance. Nigeria or Senegal.

@Aysel The point is that Senegal has no money to bribe people.

@Burnley123 You should be telling the one who suggested Nigeria or Senegal host FIFA, not someone who knows about these nations and who has close friends from both nations. Of course, Senegal has no money; they also use the outdated CFA Franc. France doesn't even use this, but what France does is continue to steal resources from Senegal, Ivory Coast, and many other French-speaking African nations.

@Aysel The CFA used in Senegal and other West African nations is the West African CFA (XOF), which is printed by the BCEAO. Although they continue to use the term "CFA" as they are French speaking nations, it is not the same as French Franc. You're right that Senegal is one of the poorest nations in the World, but the infrastructure in places like the Dakar region is relatively advanced. They have a well designed high-speed rail system, which is something many parts of the US doesn't even have.
I agree that Senegal's infrastructure may not handle a massive World Cup crowd. They do have a huge stadium with a capacity of over 50,000 seats. But Hosting the World Cup would probably require 80,000 seats or more. Plus, they don't have enough hotels, taxis or other facilities to accommodate visitors and players.
