Going down
Twelve months ago, my home town team Carlisle United won a play off to get promoted to League 1. Today, after a shocker of a season, they have gone back down to League 2 in an absolute heap.

yeah my team Reading are battling relegation yes we have played Carlisle twice they are a very poor side x
