Congrats to Reap Madrid.

For Liverpool a story of what ifs. Without playing their best, they still had the best chances.

Madrid are nowhere near one of the great historic teams but they have a great keeper and a skill for scoring with few chances.

@Burnley123 Obviously Courtois was great but don't think Liverpool really deserved much in the end. Salah was the only one who looked like doing anything against that defence.

@thatscottishguy On xg Liverpool were clearly better. They didn't play well though. They had patches of good play but gave the ball away a lot. So did Real Madrid, whose midfield was crap. Liverpool only have themselves to blame.

@Burnley123 Most of that is because of Salah though😂. Others did get shots off but only Mo looked a threat tonight. Sometimes that's enough but don't think they can make out they deserve more with that.

Michael Owen crying on bt trying to say they're the best team in Europe despite not winning the league or this is hysterical.

@thatscottishguy lol. I still think Liverpool and city are 'technically' better teams. In a league comp, both would finish higher. It's about doing enough in the final though (not hypotheticals) and Madrid are masters. My prediction ended up being true.

@Burnley123 Yeah everybody thinks that. Just stupid to argue when Liverpool failed to win either.
