In your opinion: How well would US and Scottish football(soccer) teams fare in the English Premier League? Where would you find them in the table?

Honestly? I have absolutely NO idea. I'm afraid I don't follow UK soccer, though I DO know how huge it is there. So, the best I could do is hazard a guess regarding my American brothers and, I am not sure they would do particularly well, though I think they would try to represent to the best of their ability.
I think European soccer is king quite frankly, though I'm opining as a complete novice.
