i find my people and my government (provincial) funny...maybe not in a good way

so when fifa asked what canadian cities would be on board to host the world cup my government (the fucking ndp) said no, only because they had a coalition with the green party whom they know would not want it. then when the ndp won the election outright they wanted it. then the public were pissed off saying "we don't want our tax dollars supporting this" ....now skip to now.... i will pretty much say that vancouver has benefited from the experience and thousands gathered in viewing parties and reveled in the experience, including those who never wanted it (fucking hypocrites) ....now i tell you same assholes to support your local whitecaps....that's my rant for today...have a good one
